Woodlands Mobile Detailing

By booking a service with Woodlands Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Area
We provide mobile services within The Woodlands. Services requested outside of this area may be subject to an additional travel fee.

2. Access Requirements
Customers must ensure access to the vehicle, sufficient working space, and access to water and electricity if needed (unless otherwise stated).

3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Check, Cash, Venmo, Zelle. Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition and service requirements.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service. We’ll make it right with a follow-up or touch-up appointment when reasonable.

6. Liability
We take great care with every vehicle. However, Woodlands Mobile Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, electrical issues, or mechanical failures that occur during or after our service.

7. Weather Conditions
Appointments may be rescheduled due to extreme weather. We’ll communicate any changes as early as possible.

8. Personal Items
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.

9. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe, excessively dirty (e.g. biohazards), or access is restricted.
